What to Expect
Welcome! We are glad you are here. We know it can be stressful walking into a new church. It is our hope to ease some of that anxiety by giving you an idea of what to expect when walking into service!
We are a community that highly values connection with one another. In our services we seek to connect with the Gospel through the word, worship and fellowship.
Join us Sunday morning, 10 am, for our worship service In-Person or Virtually.

Can I take communion?
Of course! There is no expectation that you participate in communion as a guest. However, if you want to take communion at our services, you are more than welcome to do so.

What about my kids?
We are a family made up of families. We want to make sure that both children and adults enjoy an encouraging and inspiring time each Sunday. Here is what we do:
Children: 6 months through Elementary offered every Sunday
Middle School: Also known as Lithos Crew (entering 6th-8th) offered every Sunday
High School: This age is encouraged to join our regular worship service, and our preaching is aimed at people of all ages. This teen group will have a special service one Sunday each month and there are teen events outside of Sunday worship.

What is expected of first-time visitors?
Nothing! Rest assured we’re not going to ask you to raise your hand, stand up or come up front. You’re sure to meet warm, friendly people at our services, but you won’t be singled out. And don’t feel obligated to give to our weekly offering or participate in communion unless you want to. There are no expectations for you as a guest.

What should I wear?
When you come to our service you will find people wearing everything from jeans to slacks or dresses, t-shirts to formal jackets. Please wear what you feel comfortable in to worship God. We believe you’ll feel completely welcome — whether you’re casually dressed or in your “Sunday best.”

Family Groups
We have four regions (aka Family Groups) and those are divided into small groups for all ages, stage of life and geographic location across the greater Spokane area. Each group is unique and participates in Bible discussions, fun events, and serving projects.

How do I become a member?
We believe that the church is simply a body of believers who have become true disciples of Jesus. If you want to be a part of this body, the first step is to study the Bible to find out what Jesus expects of His followers. To set up a personal Bible study join us for worship on Sunday or join a family group!
